Real estate developer Damac Properties' renowned mega promotion is back, with buyers having the opportunity to drive off in a new luxury car.
The company's promotion in the month-long Dubai Shopping Festival once again offers buyers of selected villas or apartments in Dubai the opportunity to live a full luxury lifestyle, as Damac will present new home owners with the 2016 models of various luxury cars, including a Lamborghini Huracan, BMW 730i, BMW X6 xDrive 35i and others, depending on the type of the property purchased.
Eligible buyers will get their respective car upon the payment of only 20 per cent of the price of the property, or they can benefit from a cash discount. Prices start from Dh692,000. Niall McLoughlin, senior vice-president of Damac Properties, said: "Damac Properties is committed to supporting the Dubai Shopping Festival and its various promotional activities which attract millions of tourists each year to Dubai and help positioning the emirate as an exciting, vibrant city to visit, shop and enjoy."
The promotion runs across the full spectrum of Damac Properties' award-winning portfolio, including luxury golf course-facing villas in Akoya by Damac, private apartments with interiors by Fendi Casa within Damac Residenze in Dubai Marina, luxury serviced apartments in the Burj area and Versace-styled villas on Palm Jumeirah, in addition to many other properties across strategic locations in Dubai.
"This is our 10th year of offering this promotion, and like every year that we have done so, we are very excited to be offering it to our customers. They have always reacted very positively to this promotion, and it has been very popular over the years. Over the years, we have looked at other promotions as part of our DSF campaigns, but this promotion has always received the most positive response," McLoughlin told Khaleej Times.
"This campaign is very important to us, not only because it supports the Dubai Shopping Festival, but also because it promotes Dubai and our brand across the world. We like to highlight it during our global roadshows by telling interested customers that if they are looking to purchase a second home in Dubai, then the best time to do so is during the DSF when they can make the most out of this exclusive offer. For the offer itself, we carefully select car brands that we feel resonate with our brand's principles. The customers always love it and it is a great value addition for us," he added.

As of September 30, 2015, Damac Properties has delivered 14,375 homes and has a development portfolio of over 37,000 units at various stages of progress and planning. Included are more than 13,000 hotel rooms and serviced hotel apartments under development, which will be managed by its hospitality arm, Damac Hotels & Resorts.
McLoughlin added: "During the past years and until today, Damac Properties spearheaded the promotion of Dubai and its real estate offering internationally in many cities around the world showcasing the experience of luxury living in Dubai and its financial benefits in terms of return on investments and this is based on our belief in the strong and sustainable status of the real estate market in our home city. The market position will be reinforced by the low supply of units expected in 2016. This will be the second consecutive year where the numbers of completed units delivered to the market will be below industry experts' expectations."
