WRDC and Abu Dhabi Chamber Ink MoU

ABU DHABI — The Western Region Development Council (WRDC) — the central co-coordinating body leading development and promoting opportunity in Al Gharbia, the Western Region of Abu Dhabi — on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI).

The MoU is aimed at closer cooperation between the two establishments to boost the investment potential of Al Gharbia. The agreement also outlines an implementation plan to involve the private sector in the Emirate to enhance entrepreneurial avenues for the residents of the region.

The MoU was signed by Mohamed Hamad bin Azzan Al Mazrouei, Director-General of WRDC, and Mohammed Rashed Al Hameli, ADCCI Director-General.

Commenting on the partnership, Mohamed Hamad bin Azzan Al Mazrouei said: “The Western Region Development Council’s MoU with the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a vital step towards boosting the investment potential to develop Al Gharbia with active participation of the private sector.”

“This MoU is part of our initiatives aimed at helping and improving the lives of the residents in the region.”
