Yousif Mubarak, events, operations and services director of DSS 2005, said about 350 children participate in the competition every day. He added that the competition for kids is to draw Fido Dido, 7UP's street savy mascot on plastic boards and prizes are distributed to every child.
"Every day we distribute about 350 prizes to the participants. The competition, which started on July 1 will continue till the end of the month. As part of the competition, kids can practice their favourite hobby - drawing," he said. "On an average about 100 children participate in the competition every day," he says.
Mubarak added that the "competition provided a nice and challenging opportunity for children to show their creative spirit". "Kids learn that it is important to do something good to win... The prizes ranges from can holders to roller blades, bicycles and other useful items."
Children also have the opportunity to take home an instant souvenir photo with the 7UP character.
