at the Mall of the Emirates.
With the core retail offerings of the Landmark Group — Baby Shop, Shoe Mart, Splash, Home Centre and Lifestyle coming together under one roof at Centrepoint, the fashion show provided families a fascinating first-hand insight into the latest collections of its fashion and lifestyle brands for men, women and children.
To give many families the opportunity to witness and experience the magic of latest colours and trends from the world-class brands at Centrepoint, the fashion show was held twice at the concept store's Centre Court at the Mall of the Emirates.
The second show brought up the grand finale to the event with a bevy of models displaying a range of trendy outfits that are the hallmarks of brands like Splash, Baby Shop, Shoe Mart and Lifestyle.
A spokesperson of Centrepoint said: "We are delighted to host this exciting event for families — our key audience — in celebration of Eid.
The presentation of a range of clothes, shoes and accessories were aimed at offering families a special preview of our autumn-winter collections. The show will further enhance the image of the newly launched Centrepoint as a fashionable international shopping destination that has something for the entire family".
Families at the event were treated to a feast of colours and trends with clothes for adults from Splash and for children from Baby Shop, shoes from Shoe Mart for adults and children, and accessories from Lifestyle for both adults and children.
The show mainly revolved around three themes incorporating all brands from Splash for adults — Wilderness (outdoor, heavy winter collection), Denim Cowboy (Western influenced with an emphasis on denim) and Dressy (Evening wear and embellished), in addition to two themes incorporating all brands from Baby Shop for children — Wilderness showcasing the Winter collection and the Denim Cowboy range of children's wear.
Supported by choreography and presented by Steve Colman of Radio 2 FM fame, the well- sequenced shows gave the large number of families an evening to enjoy and remember.
Centrepoint, occupies seven per cent of the total floor space at Mall of the Emirates, and is the largest non-food store in the mall.
