Pool-side Iftar

THE COVE ROTANA Resort, Ras Al Khaimah will offer a variety of traditional dining options during the holy month of Ramadan.

Celebrate the culinary delights of the Arab region and a truly rich Arabic Iftar buffet featuring different kinds of cold and hot mezze, soups, large variety of main courses, fresh baked bread. Home-made Arabic sweets and a large selection of dates, fruit and international desserts provide sweet ending to this special time of the day. The Iftar is available daily from sunset and is priced at Dhs130 per person, including traditional Ramadan beverages.

This year, The Cove Rotana Resort also presents the Ramadan pool side tent – The Cove Tent — over looking the resort with its spectacular architectures and the Arabian Gulf. The tent is air conditioned and will allow guests to relax and chill out after the Iftar until 2am. Guests at The Cove Tent can enjoy aromatic Shisha and experience all the delights of the Orient for a cover charge of Dhs35 net per person which includes delicious Ramadan snacks.

Twisted taste

ENJOY ARABIAN EXPERIENCE with a twist at Al Diar Siji Hotel with live cooking stations including Tex-Mex sandwiches, Japanese Sushi and Sashimi, plus nine counters for juices, desserts, cream brulee, brownies, chocolate and traditional Ramadan sweets. The unique mix

THIS RAMADAN, PACHANGA offers a few specially crafted dishes from a menu that combines the robust flavours of Latin America with ingredients unique to Arabia. Starters include the delicious Steamed lobster, marinated in a citrus-Tahina dressing with avocado tartare.

For your main course tuck into the roasted boneless rack of lamb with garlic potato crush, chilli prawns, date jam, Arabic ragout, lamb jus and zatar “chimi-churri” sauce. Finish your meal with the ever so sweet and unique Orange-saffron rice pudding topped with caramelised banana. Priced at Dhs550 per couple.
