Following on from the aftermath of the Coronavirus pandemic, among the many public events that have been adversely affected is Season 10 of International Fashion Week Dubai.
The Fall Winter showcase of the glamorous event that was to take place in the city from March 12-14 has now been pushed to October 22-24.
"Keeping in view the current international health emergency due to Covid-19, we have postponed the event that was to take place in March in line with instructions from the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing to suspend all events for a month," stated the organizers.
"We are determined to continue supporting the international and local fashion community and developing the features to bring more creativity and fashion business to Dubai," they said adding that the safety and health of their patrons and clients were of paramount importance to them.
