Jewellery Week hits Dubai
Precious gems from around the globe, one-off collector’s items and trendsetting designs will be put on display during the Dubai International Jewellery Week.
Renowned for its exclusive offers, the exhibition is also the perfect platform for manufacturers, retailers and wholesalers to showcase and network, as it will host a series of seminars and workshops for industry professionals to share the latest developments in the field.
Celebrity jeweller Meira T, whose creations have been worn by stars like Tyra Banks, Christie Brinkley and Sheryl Crow, will also unveil her new collection during the show.
This year’s event will feature over 300 exhibitors from 27 nations; countries new to the exhibition include France, Greece, Iran, Myanmar, Netherlands, Peru, Qatar and Tanzania.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to win prizes, including a wedding makeover worth Dhs10,000 from the Bridal Makeover by Faye James, as well as a pre-wedding photo shoot worth Dhs3,400 from popular photographer Darrin James.
Dubai International Jewellery Week will also offer a line-up of attractions, including an Art of Jewellery photo exhibition, a Diamond Discovery Workshop and luxurious spa treatments.
