My kids are my world: Aaron

Aaron Taylor-Johnson says his daughters are “incredibly smart” and he has learned a lot about the world from them.

The Kick-Ass 2 star has two daughters - Wylda Rae, three, and 18-month-old Romy Hero with wife Sam Taylor-Johnson. He also has two step-children from Sam’s previous marriage.

“The way I was brought up was to always be encouraged in doing what you love doing and having the opportunity to do that, and being honest,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted Aaron as saying.

“Being honest with your kids is most important really. They know when you’re lying for sure. I learn more from my kids than anyone else ... they are incredibly smart and they’re sweet,” he added.

The 23-year-old has taken on responsibilities since filming the first Kick-Ass movie when he was 19, and found it strange playing high school student Dave Lizewski again in the sequel, which released recently.

“It’s odd to play an adolescent teenage high school kid, and, you know, I’m married and I’ve got four kids essentially - four girls, two of which are step-daughters. It’s strange and odd but the challenge was to create that character and get into that headspace,” he said.
