'Preity is family'

Jeh Wadia insists that the family has accepted the bubbly actress

MAUREEN WADIA'S famous quote where she said she didn't care if younger son Ness married Preity Zinta or a zebra has always haunted the relationship between the Bollywood dream girl and the Wadia scion. While both the women have tried to reiterate that all was well between them, the buzz refuses to die down. But on a visit to the capital, Ness' older brother Jeh clearly said that there was no war on at the home front. "Preity is a very vibrant, young and intelligent woman. And she is definitely a part of our family. In fact, it is a pleasure to have her in our family," he said.

And what is it that Family Wadia likes about Preity? "She has an amazing personality and an extraordinary appeal," Jeh said.

To ensure that no doubt is left in anybody's mind, Jeh added, "The entire Wadia family will be visiting Tirupati soon. We are starting a new project and we always seek the almighty's blessings before that. And Preity will be going along with us."
