Rani says no to temptation

Rani has said she has no dates to give for SRK’s show, Temptation Reloaded. But the real truth is that Rani and SRK do not see eye to eye anymore. They were the best of friends at one time and the best of co-stars too with hits like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Paheli, Veer Zara, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna.

When Salman came on the sets of Chalte Chalte and created a disturbance about Ash, SRK immediately replaced Ash with his favourite friend Rani. This caused the first tension between SRK and Salman.

Ash was very annoyed with him for replacing her with her close friend Rani (since then they do not like each other) and SRK took the bashing. But when the SRK –Salman fight took place, Rani not knowing which side to take, began criticising the fight and airing her sanctimonious views which upset SRK no end. She even went on Salman’s show Dus Ka Dum and made a remark that she was disappointed hearing about the SRK-Salman brawl.

SRK felt that at this point of their friendship she should not have commented on this very sensitive subject. If she was his close buddy she should have known better than to aggravate the situation further. So when he was selecting girls for his home production, Billoo Barber he decided to chose Priyanka instead.

Rani was really miffed when he did that. She had definitely expected to be a big part of Billoo Barber and do the special dance number with him. Of course she denied being unhappy about it but was burning inside.

Her turn to snub him came very soon; she refused to be a part of his big event Temptations Reloaded. She knew the public would want to see this hit pair on stage together. Sweet revenge?
