Veteran Indian actor Shashi Kapoor passed away on Monday after prolonged sickness.
One of the finest artists of his generation, he was known for his acting acumen in hundreds of films, mainly in the 1960s and 70s.  
'Mere pass maa hai' from his 1975 film Deewaar remained popular through many generations.
