Superstar Salman Khan will reportedly attend the upcoming second edition of Times of India Film Awards, scheduled to take place in Dubai on March 18. Salman, 50, is also nominated in the best actor category for his last year's blockbuster "Bajrani Bhaijaan".

It is not known yet whether the "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" star will perform at the event, TOIFA sources said. Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, basking in the success of his period epic "Bajirao Mastani", might also attend the upcoming second edition of Times of India Film Awards 2016 in Dubai.
Bhansali is said to be excited about attending the event as "Bajirao Mastani" has bagged maximum nominations, including best film, best actor and best director for him.
TOIFA 2016 Dubai will take place at the Dubai International Stadium in Dubai Sports City.

The awards ceremony will witness performances by Bollywood celebrities like Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Yo Yo Honey Singh and many others. The first edition was held in Vancouver, British Columbia in 2013.
