On June 6, 2005 a police patrol saw a man holding a carton and walking out of a deserted yard beside the Iranian hospital. The second accused was arrested on the same place. The two accused were arrested and referred to general prosecution. During the police and public prosecution's interrogation they willingly confessed to the crime. So a sentence was passed by the court of first instance, which was upheld by the Court of Appeal.
