WWE superstar Mark Henry could eat an entire pizza if he wanted to. But the American professional wrestler and Olympian, who was recently WWE's Ambassador at the Rio Olympics, admits those days when he could eat a dozen eggs in a day are long gone. The 6' 4" tall strongman was in town recently to promote the latest video game WWE 2K17 (PS, Xbox and MS Windows). In a quick chat, Henry shared with us a few of his diet secrets, what he likes about Dubai and the growing interest of wrestling in the Middle East. Excerpts from an interview:
What he likes about Dubai
"It's the architecture in this city. It's the most striking element. As soon as you get off the plane, the city's architecture and talent behind it amazes me the most."
Growing interest in wrestling
Henry is happy to see the interest in wrestling in the Middle East growing. He urges fans to watch the upcoming WWE event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia next month.
Love for greens
Henry revealed he doesn't like asparagus, but he loves broccoli and greens. Ever since he shifted to a balanced diet he makes it a point to have lots of greens, whenever he can. Good for him!
How he maintains a 'beast-like' bod
His diet, he said, is balanced but at the same time it is a very healthy one. He watches what he eats and takes particular care when it comes to what he consumes. "I could eat an entire pizza if I really try to. But those days when I could eat a dozen eggs a day are long gone," Henry said.
