The Ministry of Health in Oman announced on Tuesday the registration of 82 new positive Covid-19 coronavirus cases. Forty of the new cases are Omanis and 42 cases for non-Omanis.

This brings the total number of positive Covid-19 cases in the Sultanate to 2,131, in addition to 10 deaths cases.

The ministry also pointed out that 364 cases have recovered.

The ministry called upon all to adhere to the health isolation procedures, and also advised citizens and residents to keep on washing hands with water and soap, as well as avoiding touching the face, nose, mouth and eyes.
