The Ministry of Health in Oman on Monday announced 193 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 31 recoveries and one death.

With this, the total number of confirmed cases in the country stands at 5,379, while total recoveries are at 1,496. There have been a total of 23 deaths.

Of the new cases reported, 72 are Omanis and 121 are non-Omanis, the ministry said.
