The number of coronavirus recoveries has been steadily rising in the country, with yesterday's figure of 509 recoveries being the highest ever recoveries recorded in a single day until yesterday.

Leading from the front, the UAE government has been holding virtual meetings to chart a new course for the country post-Covid-19.
Upon the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the UAE government began a remote meeting on Sunday, entitled, "Preparations for the post-coronavirus, Covid-19, period". The meeting, which will continue until Tuesday, May 12, is being attended by ministers, secretaries-general of executive councils, officials from over 100 federal government and local authorities, and international experts.
