The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention on Saturday announced 626 new cases of Covid-19 infections, 724 cases of recovery and 1 death.
This brings to total number of cases to 38,268, recoveries to 21,061 and the deaths to 275 in the country.
"We are observing some false info being circulated by some on social media, including some unsubstantiated tips. We urge all in the community to take all news from only official government channels and please check the source of the news before circulating it," Dr Farida Al Hosani, Official Spokesperson for the UAE Health Sector said.

Our commitment is a national obligation that helps us to tide over this crisis. The gradual opening of business and life will not be successful unless we all comply with the guidelines. The restrictions may have been eased, but each one of us remains responsible for ourselves, she added.
The ministry wished a speedy recovery to all patients, calling on the public to abide by the precautionary measures in place and following all necessary medical advice in order to avoid more infections. It called on the public to cooperate with health authorities and adhere to social distancing protocols and preventative measures to ensure the health and safety of all.
In a statement, the ministry affirmed its aim to expand the scope of testing nationwide to facilitate the early detection of coronavirus cases and carry out the necessary treatments.
