As cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus spiked around the world, the UAE did its best to ward off the outbreak. Being a global hub of humanity, however, the pandemic managed to find its way to the country's shores.
On January 29, the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) confirmed the UAE's first cases of Covid-19.
