Authorities in Dubai have fined 25 companies and shut down two establishments for not abiding by Covid-19 precautionary measures.
Dubai Economy announced the decision following field inspections by inspectors to ensure that all public and private establishments are complying with Covid-19 safety guidelines.
In addition, four companies were also issued warnings.
“Two businesses were closed, four were warned and 25 were fined for not adhering to the precautionary measures set to limit Covid-19. Dubai Economy emphasises on the importance of following the precautionary measures and report any violation to the Dubai Consumer app,” it said on its Twitter account.
