SHARJAH — Chittagong Tigers defeated Brothers Union Club by three wickets to win the PCL Twenty20 Bashundhara Cup played at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Saturday.

Batting first, Chittagong Tigers made 120 for seven in the allotted 20 overs. Shamsu Rahman topscored with 51 off 39 balls that included two boundaries and three sixes. Lou Vincent chipped in with 14 runs.

Abdul Razzak was the pick of the bowlers for Brothers Union Club taking three wickets conceding 16 runs.

In reply, Brothers Union Club achieved the target with four balls to spare. Azar Mahmood was the top scorer with 26 of 18 balls. Tushar Imran made 21, while Zia Ur Rehman was unbeaten on 17 and J Siddique also scored 17.
