Teams from 12 schools from Dubai and Sharjah competed with each other. Chief Guest, DC Kothari, Pro Vice Chairman DPS Dubai and Sharjah, declared the meet open and addressed the students.
The day got off to a flying start with DPS Dubai winning the first match in just one over. The pool matches were played on the first day and the participating teams were Delhi Private School, Dubai A and B, Delhi Private School, Sharjah, Emirates English speaking school Dubai, Dubai Modern High, The Indian High School, Dubai team A and B, Our Own English High School, Sharjah, Winchester School, Dubai, Millennium School, Dubai, Gulf Indian School, Dubai and Westminster School, Dubai.
The winners on the first day were DPS Dubai ,.DPS Dubai B, Emirates English Speaking School and DPS Sharjah.
