The tournament is being played under the auspices of Sharjah Cricket Council.

The Middlesex team, trained by Anish Kumar — a BCCI Level 1 coach, displayed fantastic team spirit as they chased a target of 113 runs posted by Manipal University in 18.2 overs.

Manipal opted to bat first and made 113 all out in 18.2 overs.Adil (38) was the top-scorer 38 for them, while Glickson (34) and Prakash (19) also contributed well with the bat.

For the fielding side, Anil Adnani (3/18), Burhan (3/22) were the star bowlers. In reply, Middlesex University achieved the target in 18.4 overs losing only four wickets. Burhan (37) was the best batsman for the winners while Billal (19) and Kamran Adbul (14) also played well.

Shivan (4/25) tried hard but his efforts were not enough.
