Ponting’s signed shirt makes Dubai coach happy

Gopal Jasapara, head coach of Dubai’s G Force Cricket academy, was delighted to have received a signed Delhi Capitals jersey of the team’s head coach Ricky Ponting.

Jasapara received the jersey from Ruchir Grandhi and Wridhiman Grandhi, the children of Delhi Capitals’ co-owner Kiran Grandhi.

“I am so blessed to have received the jersey of the two-time World Cup-winning captain Ricky Ponting,” Jasapara said.

Recently, Jasapara also received a signed shirt from Eoin Morgan, England’s World Cup-winning captain who led the Kolkata Knight Riders in the 2020 IPL.

“It’s a great feeling to get autographed shirts of legendary cricketers like Ponting and Morgan,” the veteran cricket coach said.
