Left arm spinner Freddy Sidhwa bowled a superb line and length and had all the three top order batsmen caught trying to play big shots against his flighted deliveries but were beaten by his guile as he picked up three wickets for just eight runs.

Qadar Nawaz then bundled out the middle order mixing up his deliveries to pick up four wickets for eighteen runs and the pair picked up seven wickets between themselves to restrict Friends C.C. to 107 runs. Hariharan Iyer with 33 runs with five fours and Suveer Rana 24 runs with five fours were the only two latter order batsmen who put up a valiant fight and took the score from 41 for eight wickets to 107 runs to save the blushes.

Seven Seas made short work of the target and rattled it off in 8.1 overs as opener Babar Ali made 38 runs in 22 balls with four boundaries and two sixes and Kaleem Butt smashed the friendly attack to make a rapid fire 43 runs in just 15 balls with the help of three sixes and four boundaries. Shafaqat Ali was another batsman to enjoy his brief knock of 22 runs in 10 balls with three sixes.
