In other matches, Farooq CC had a mixed luck. They defeated Afridi CC by eight wickets, but lost to Gyan Steel by six wickets.
Gyan Steel built their victory on a fine all-round performance by Harris Khan. The talented all-rounder first snared two wickets for 36 runs and then slammed a brisk 60 off just 28 balls to suffocate Farooq CC hopes of making a comeback.

Gyan Steel, in reply, raced to the competitive victory target in 14.4 overs. Amjad (50 off 32) was the other major scorer.
Farooq CC, however, enjoyed a comfortable sailing against Afridi Cricket Club.
They restricted their opponents to 149 and then achieved the competitive target in 16.5 overs. Waqas Khan top-scored with 61 off 40 balls.
