Chasing a small target of 109 set by ADCC, Dulsco lost their opener Buta for four, but his partner Shamsudeen hit an unbeaten 59, which included four sixes and three fours as the hosts raced to victory in the first ball of the 15th over.
Tariq, who hit a record 151 in Dulsco’s earlier victory, contributed 14 and Finu made 13 as they assured themselves of a place in the knockout stage. Shamsudeen picked up the man of the match award.
Arshad and Heran claimed two wickets each for 23 and 34 runs respectively for ADCC.
Earlier ADCC struggled against a tight bowling by Dulsco but managed to cross the 100-mark setting up a 109 victory target for the hosts.
Shahzad (2/9) Rishi (2/10), Tariq (2/11) and Gurvinder (2/27) were the successful bowlers for the hosts.
Only three ADCC batsmen reached double figures — Sampath (37), Shyam (19) and Shahid (13). Dulsco bowlers conceded 20 runs as extras.
Pacers Ramadi needed six overs to reach to the victory target after Rotory Humm were bowled out for a paltry 57 runs. Only Fairooz (19) and Refaz (11) reached double figures. Shazhad and Sailesh claimed three wickets each for the winners for 11 and 10 runs respectively.
Biju bagged two for 3 while Anwer, Zuhir and Anish picked up one each. Shailesh and Binoy worked off the required runs in six overs without being separated.
Shailesh Karayi was named man-of-the-match for his fine three-over spell in the game.
Twenty four teams, divided into six groups of four each, are taking part in the 9th edition of the Dulsco Ramadan tournament.
After a round robin league, the top teams will advance to the knockout stage.
