Zimbabwe have made one change with Christopher Mpofu coming in to replace Shingirai Masakadza.
West Indies have two changes to their line-up, dropping Dwayne Smith and Denesh Ramdin, and bringing in Darren Sammy and Dave Bernard Jr.
Zimbabwe lead the five-match series 1-0, after a two-run victory in the opening match two days ago at the same venue.
The visitors have never beaten West Indies in a bilateral ODI series.
