Two men who got into a scuffle over a cup of tea have been referred to the court.
A 27-year-old Arab man was charged with causing bodily harm to another, resulting in a permanent injury, as per an Al Khaleej report.
He was also charged with verbal assault.
The second accused, an Arab national aged 29, was also charged with verbally attacking another. 
Public prosecutors have referred the case for further investigation.
