The Dubai Police Public Prosecution is interrogating an Asian who was arrested on the charges of sexually harassing a 11-year-old girl .
On June 21, the operations room of the Dubai Police was alerted about a molestation incident in a residential area in Oud Metha.
The Indian girl told the police that on Sunday around 9.30pm she was going to a bakery in Oud Metha when a man came on a motorcycle and touched her on her chest. The next day also while she was walking near her home she saw the same man, who came to her, touched her and told her that he will meet her every day.
A few days later, the girl, accompanied by her parents, saw the accused at a laundry shop near her house and complained about him.
The parents confronted the 25-year-old Indian suspect, who worked as a machine operator at the shop. The latter denied the accusation and said he only touched her cheeks. The suspect was referred to the Dubai Public Prosecution.
