Man sexually abuses 13-year-old girl in Dubai, jailed

Dubai - Mother found video of abuse on her daughter's mobile phone.

An Asian man has been sentenced to 3 months in jail for sexually abusing a 13-year-old girl repeatedly for the last two years. The Dubai Criminal Courts has also ruled that the man will be deported after serving his sentence, reported Emarat Al Youm newspaper.
The man had been reportedly abusing the girl since she was 11 years old. It was the girl's mother who found about it when she accidentally laid her hands on her daughter's mobile phone. She was left aghast when she chanced upon a video sent by the man to the girl. On being asked by her mother, the girl broke down and revealed everything to her.
The girl told the investigators that the man developed sexual relations with her and would abuse her every time he visited her house. She added that he threatened her with dire consequences if she told her parents about it.
The Dubai Police arrested the Asian, who confessed about his crime. He told the police that he developed sexual relations with the girl and would visit her on weekends and holidays. He used to sexually abuse her, when her mother would be busy in the kitchen or in the washroom. He added that the mother had even caught him once harassing the girl and told him to get out of the apartment.
A report issued by Dubai Police's forensic department indicated that the girl had been sexually abused for an unidentified long period of time
