Dubai Police made one more arrest in the Barsha lioness case, bringing all the three involved in the incident - the seller, buyer, and a middleman - to justice.
The trio will be referred to the public prosecution today to resume interrogation over the incident, said Colonel Yousof Al Adidi, Director, Al Barsha Police Station.
Al Adidi told Arabic daily Al Emarat Al Youm that the third person - the seller - has been apprehended for putting many lives at risk and over breach of law.

Police investigations showed that none of them had a permit from the body concerned to breed this type of predator, Al Adidi added. Also, it became clear that the lioness was seven months old when it escaped from the house on Thursday.
"The problem is that the animal becomes very dangerous and grows wild at this age particularly if she smells and sees blood," Al Adidi said. He added that the police received information that the owner was also keeping a crocodile at his house.
Police who went to his house to check on it, however, did not find any except a dog.
