"The driver turned a blind eye to all traffic rules and regulations by speeding and jeopardising people's life and performing stunts in their four-wheel-drive cars," they said.
The police swung into action and identified and tracked them down in record time.
The car involved in the road stunts was impounded, while the case file was referred to the bodies concerned for legal action.
"Stringent penalties shall be slapped on the erring driver who turned deaf ears to public safety, security and stability," the authorities said.
He reportedly turned his vehicle into a deadly weapon.
"The RAK Police shall handle such illegal practices with zero tolerance and erring drivers will face legal action," they pointed out.
In May this year, the RAK police arrested two drivers involved in serious car drifts and road stunts on a public road at Shaam area.
"The two cars involved were impounded, while the two drivers, aged 20 and 30, were referred to the bodies concerned for legal action."

The erring driver, also involved in car drifts, was slapped with a hefty fine of Dh40,000, according to the sources.
"The car he used in the gruesome traffic violation was confiscated, while the suspension of his driving license was ordered."
In August 2019, three young drivers were arrested in Sharjah for performing road stunts and car drifts, as ordered by the Khor Fakkan Prosecution. The trio was initially spotted by the Federal Investigation Bureau of the Public
Prosecutor in a viral video on social media. The drivers - aged 23, 24 and 25  were placed in temporary detention.
