Svetlana Roslina, 24 and a mother of two, lost her life in a chocolate factory where she worked in when she fell into a vat of molten chocolate.
Russian police are investigating the freak accident with two possible reasons being weighed - the first was that she was trying to retrieve her phone which she dropped; the second is she was emptying a sack of ingredients when the mishap occurred.
Both scenes depict her as falling and not being able to get out thus being trapped in the machine.
A local source told the Daily Mail that the victim was minced beyond recognition and only her legs were left of her remains.
Witnesses around the scene state they started seeing police vehicles and a hearse at around 6PM local time.
Svetlana is married and the couple has two young children both aged under five.
The chocolate factory has not yet made a statement with regards the accident.
