29 Emirati students enrol for EMAL’s summer programme

The programme is designed to bridge the gap between theoretical studies and practical experience. It offers young UAE nationals a chance to gain hands-on experience in preparation for careers in the aluminium industry following graduation.

“The number of applications for this year’s summer programme has tripled compared to 2010,” said Abdelhakeem Al Moushtaghil, EMAL’s vice-president for Human Resources and Corporate Efficiency.

He said the rapidly growing reputation of EMAL as a renowned brand is the reason for attracting more trainees this year.
