ADEC begins registration in its scholarship programme
Abu Dhabi Education Council has started the registration of Emirati students in the ADEC Scholarship Programme for the Academic Year 2014/2015.
Eligible G12 graduates and university undergraduates willing to continue their students in the best universities in UAE and abroad are encouraged to submit their applications from April 22 to May 22, 2014.
The programme is targeting Emirati high-performing students who have scored 85% and above on their General Secondary Certificate or its equivalent in School Year 2013/2014. In addition, current university students who have completed 30 credit hours while maintaining a cumulative 3.0 GPA are also welcome to apply for scholarships.
Mona Majed Al-Mansouri, ADEC’s Guidance and Scholarships Division Manager, said, “The scholarship programme aims to create a stronger alignment between human capital resources and the labour requirements of government and semi-government institutions in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.”
