The centre will start receiving customers in its new location on September 8 — from 8am to 4pm during working days.
Saoud Al Neyadi, Adec’s Customer Service Division Manager, said the centre that was operating from the Abu Dhabi Educational Zone office in Khalidiya (in Abu Dhabi City), would move to the Adec building in order to facilitate services for customers residing within and outside the city.
“The Customer Service Division seeks to implement a strategy for improving the three customer service centres in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region to ensure customers are satisfied with our services,” said Al Neyadi.
He added that air-conditioned buses would be available to transfer customers to and from the Adec headquarters. The buses stationed in front of the TwoFour54 premises would be available during Adec working hours.
The centre has launched a three-phase development plan which aims to elevate the quality of services offered to public and private schools, students and parents.
Around 70,000 transactions were carried out by Adec’s Customer Service Centre during the previous school year. These included the attestation of school certificates, issuance of certificate equivalency and student certificates of good conduct, student enrolment and transfers, and curriculum delivery, among others. — news@khaleejtimes.com
