DPS Sharjah wins Khalifa Award for Education

Delhi Private School Sharjah has been awarded the Khalifa Award for Educational and Institutional Performance for the academic year 2013-14.

The award is an endorsement of the school’s high level of institutional performance, quality and effective administration.

Vandana Marawaha, school principal, thanked the Khalifa Committee for honouring the school and recognising DPS Sharjah as one of the schools that persevere to bring excellence in the field of education. She also expressed her gratitude to the Ministry of Education, Sharjah Zone for their support and their encouragement.

“The establishment of a quality institution like Delhi Private School in the UAE is in line with the vision of the Rulers of the UAE,” said Dinesh Kothari, pro vice-chairman, Delhi Private Schools.

The award is granted to educational institutes, academies, training centres and equivalent institutions, distinguished by outstanding and creative performance in all areas of education.
