Dubai - A well-known Emirati Yaqoub Mousa Mohammed Hussain Almaazmi, chairman of Bu Abdullah Group, has been awarded with honouray doctorate degree for his contribution in the field of business, humanity and services towards the nation.
Almaazmi was awarded in the presence of Sheikh Obaid Suhail Bin Butti Al Maktoum and veteran Indian businessman Vasu Shroff.
Bu Abdullah Group chairman received the degree from Dr. Sanjeev Bansal of Global Triumph Virtual University (GTVU), India, for his enormous and valuable contribution for the development of UAE and his services to the mankind.
"Firstly, I thank the management and vice-chancellor of GTVU which has come all the way to UAE to appreciate my works and bestow this honour upon me," Almaazmi said.
"It adds to my strength to continue my services for the society with all the more compassion and commitment. What I have learnt in my life is from the great land of UAE and I shall continue to give back to the mankind following the footsteps and vision of my great leaders. It is indeed a happy moment for me, and I am truly humbled to accept this Doctorate degree," he added.
