Success is not enough. It must be crowned with excellence, which lasts forever.
This was the advice given by His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to students graduating from the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT).

At the graduation ceremony held in Dubai Academic City yesterday, Shaikh Mohammed and HCT’s chancellor Mohammed Omran Al Shamsi presented certificates to the 20 summa cum laude graduates.
The programme was also attended by Shaikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai.
The chancellor urged the new graduates to work for the nation, assist in implementing national goals, and help the UAE become number one in different fields.
Shaikh Mohammed signed on an electronic screen to provide students a view of Flashes of Thought, his book that is the culmination of an interactive session with the audience at the Government Summit in 2013. The book remains a bestseller.
The graduation ceremony was also attended by several ministers, dignitaries, educationalists and senior UAE Armed Forces officers.
