Nahyan receives French parliamentary delegation

ABU DHABI - Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, received today at his Palace here Nathalie Goulet, member of the French Senate, who is currently visiting the country at the head of a delegation from the Senate and the French National Assembly (Parliament).

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Mohammed bin Nahyan Al Nahyan and Alain Azouaou, Ambassador of France to the UAE.

Shaikh Nahyan exchanged views with the head of the French parliamentary delegation on the importance of parliamentary work as a legislative and regulatory authority in modern states.

They also talked about the need to activate the vital role played by parliaments of the world for the benefit and well-being of their people.
