Aarti Sehwag, Chairperson of SIS, said the school will demonstrate its salient features like international learning experience and acclaimed sports facilities before families of potential candidates at the exhibition.

“We may offer spot admissions from Grade 3 onwards, depending on the capability of the student. Our comprehensive development programmes provide students with an international learning experience, while preserving our core Indian values. We treat sport not as an extracurricular activity, but as an integral part of the curriculum,” she pointed out.

Currently into its third academic year, SIS has more than 400 students at its sprawling multi-activity campus

Sehwag said: “Being a sportsperson, I have realised the true value of lessons learnt outside the bounds of a classroom. At SIS, we go beyond and ensure that our students get the best of indoor and outdoor training.”

SIS, India’s only school to be founded by a cricketer of international repute, is a co-ed, day-boarding institution. Poised to teach its first grade X batch in 2014-15, it is equipped with an eco-friendly campus that includes a Haryana Cricket association-approved cricket ground, world-class facilities for athletics, basketball, badminton, equestrian, football, golf, lawn tennis, table tennis and squash, besides a swimming pool.
