'Together We Are Good': 8,000 students benefit from education support program

Parents of students in Abu Dhabi private schools have expressed their gratitude to Maan Abu Dhabi's 'Together We Are Good' programme for arranging to pay their tuition fees.
More than 8,000 students have benefited from the financial support as part of Ma'an's education support programme, funded by community contributions to Together We Are Good. The initiative was launched in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (Adek) to help families affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Riyad Atta an Arab expat in the Capital said he applied for school fees for his children after learning about the 'Together We Are Good' program in the media.

"I thank the UAE and especially the Abu Dhabi government for the great support they have extended to us during this difficult situation," said Atta.

"I was very happy when I heard the news that our request for school fees support has been approved."

 "I would like to thank the 'Together We Are Good' program for everything they have provided to us in facilitating our learning experience," said Hala Atta, one of the students who benefited from the tuition fee support.

Another student Malak Atta said: "I would like to thank the UAE for helping us continue our learning despite the current difficult global situation.

Another father, Benu Benette said authorities noticed the difficult situation and launched the "Together Are Good' program to support families affected by pandemic.

 "We are really thankful and grateful for all the contributors to the program. They did it on humanitarian grounds to ensure that our children too continue with their learning," said Benette.
