The Dubai Police have alerted motorists of a major accident on Emirates Road, which is causing traffic congestion.

The accident happened before Al Khawaneej exit towards Abu Dhabi, the police said, urging motorists to use alternative routes.

“Major #accident on Emirates rd before Al Khawaneej exit towards Abu Dhabi, resulting in traffic congestion. Please use alternative routes,” the police said on a tweet.
