Abu Dhabi - 'Kindly, stay at home and check the news from credible sources only'

A fire broke out in a warehouse situated on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi on Friday.
Abu Dhabi City Municipality, in a tweet, confirmed that the incident happened in Al Mafraq Warehouse area that was now under control.
"We reassure residents that the Civil Defence has got the situation under control. They have put out the fire."
The municipality also warned residents not to fall for fake news.
"Kindly, stay at home and check the news from credible sources only."
The reason for fire is not immediately known.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. Abu Dhabi Police asked owners of factories and warehouses to strictly follow fire safety regulations.
"Owners must adhere to safety procedures and preventative measures - they must store materials properly and regularly maintain facilities to ensure safety."
