The 32-year old man was arrested on Thursday from a house in Islington, police said. The condition of one of the sisters continues to be critical. Police said the other women are out of danger but are under observation in hospital.
The man was picked up on suspicion of murder like the other three male suspects. The woman was arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods.
Metropolitan Police also obtained warrants to extend the detention of the alleged attackers on Thursday.
Meanwhile, in a statement on Thursday, UK Minister for the Middle East Rt Hon Hugh Robertson, said: "I would like to express my personal sympathy for the three victims of the attack in London on 6 April. My thoughts are with the victims and their families. I spoke to UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr Anwar Gargash today to assure him that this is a priority for the UK Metropolitan Police, and that the excellent cooperation between the UK and Abu Dhabi Police will continue. Attacks of this nature are, fortunately, rare in London. We will do everything within our power to bring the perpetrators to justice."
