Agreed, it's slightly awkward to ask for money back from friends and strangers, but a man did just that and social media went on a frenzy.
18-year old Abby Fenton, a university student from Barnsley, UK, accepted a drink from a man called Liam.
The Biomedical Sciences student, told TheLADbible: "He came up to me and he seemed okay. Then he offered to buy me a drink so I accepted then walked off to join my friends. I just remember him being tall. I literally asked nothing about him. I didn't find him good looking, I just thought it was a free drink."
Little did she know it was anything but free as weeks later she received a message from him asking if she could transfer him the money for it.

Taken aback, she told TheLADbible, "Is he being serious really asking for £6.50 back?"
Her friends then asked her to put it up on Twitter and make her followers help her decide whether or not she should return the money.
So she put up this Twitter poll -- 83% voters said 'No', while 17% voted 'Yes'.
"Everybody has told me they find it so funny. Literally all people say is that they can't believe how cheeky it is!" she told TheLADbible.
Later Fenton, transferred the money back to his account. she said: "I'm glad I did. I just hope that he enjoys spending his £6.50 wisely."
