The pilot of an ultralight aircraft in Germany has spent a night stuck up a tree awaiting rescue.
Police in the southwestern state of Baden-Wuerttemberg say the unidentified man crash-landed in the tree late Monday about 30 kilometers (19 miles) east of Stuttgart.
Rescuers were unable to reach him during the night and planned to resume the rescue operation Tuesday.
