Meanwhile, the draw ceremony was held on Tuesday at the school premises. In his introductory speech, Thomas Mathew, principal, pointed out that this tournament was envisioned to be a learning experience for the students – learn to win and lose with grace, and to encourage the students to perform well. He also expressed that the thrust of the tourney was to inculcate sportsmanship and urged the coaches to ensure good conduct of the players on the field. The opening ceremony will be held on October 20.
