In another match, The Millenium School, Dubai defeated New Indian Model School, Dubai 3-1 in the pool ‘B’ match. For TMHS, Shyam scored in the third minute of the start, this was followed by Chandiliva in the 12th minute through a corner kick.
Jabir of NIMS scored in the lone goal for his team in the 14th minute. Amogh, captain of TMHS increased the lead in the 13th minute.
In basketball, Delhi Private School, Sharjah, had an easy victory against the Indian high School, Dubai ‘B’ 22-1.
Adeeb scored 15 points, Abraham, Shashank and Prateek scored two points each.
In the next match, the hosts had a big upset, when they went down fighting against Delhi Private School, Dubai 27-37 in the pool ‘ B’ league match.
TIHS boys tried their best but failed to convert a few chances. For DPS, Jerry scored 25, Hardik 5 and Reynold 3. For TIHS, Kiran scored 11, Yash 9 and Aniket 7 points.
In the last match, Emirates National School, Sharjah defeated the Model School, Abu Dhabi 45-19 in the pool ‘A’ league match.
Aamir 15, Nihal and James 12 each were the top scorer for ENS. Amwar 7, Akhash 5 and Naroon 3 scored for Model School.
